Get help with scanning, catalog updates, price history, collections, and subscriptions.

Scanning a card

Use clear, even lighting and keep the printed card number visible. You can also choose a photo from your library. Recognition happens on your device.

Catalog or prices are unavailable

Open Settings and use Refresh Catalog or Refresh Prices & History while connected to the internet. The app keeps the last successful price snapshot for offline use.

Subscriptions

Purchases are handled by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in the app if access is missing, or manage the subscription in your Apple Account settings.

Contact support

Email help@palbinder.com. Include the app version shown in Settings and a short description of what happened. Do not send card photos or other personal information unless it is necessary to explain the issue.
